The stunning views of Penobscot Bay from our room were absolutely breathtaking. the cozy and clean room with a lovely patio made for a perfect retreat. the friendly staff made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. the pool area was serene, allowing us to unwind and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Exploring the well-manicured lawns and garden trails down to the ocean was a highlight, and watching the gulls and ospreys soar above the bay was truly mesmerizing. We also enjoyed relaxing on our private deck, taking in the famous ocean views. From the sparkling outdoor pool to the thoughtful amenities in the room, like binoculars for bird watching, Island View Inn exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return for another dose of coastal tranquility.
